In Regards to the COVID-19 Pandemic

April 3, 2020 UPDATE:

PhysioCore and Sports Rehab remains OPEN to serve you as Ontario announces an Emergency Brake Lock Down of the province starting April 3, 2021.

Ontarians continue to be able to travel to access chiropractic care, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy and other regulated health care services.

Whether it is to assess and treat your physical injuries or a much needed mental health break, we are here to help!

December 14, 2020 UPDATE:

On Friday, December 11, the Ontario Government announced a number of additional restrictions in York region to prevent the continued spread of COVID-19.

No restrictions on physiotherapy, chiropractic and other regulated health professional practices have been announced to date.  Regulated health professionals may continue to operate, consistent with current guidelines for regulated health professionals.  We continue to offer Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Chiropody services with strict COVID19 safety measures.

August 1, 2020 UPDATE:

Thank you for your continued support to PhysioCore during these last few months.

We have returned to our regular business hours to continue helping our patients and community during this time.  Safety measures at the office are to be continued as per Ontario health guidelines and colleges of regulated health care profession guidelines.

May 29, 2020 UPDATE:

We are happy to announce a gradual re-opening of our office from June 2nd, 2020.

At PhysioCore and Sports Rehab, the well-being of our patients, staff and community is of paramount importance.

At this time our business hours have changed and we are running on a limited schedule, however we anticipate resuming our regular hours in the upcoming weeks:

All services (chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy and chiropody) are available.

During this time, we are implementing the following:

  1. We are working by appointment only. Please bear with us as we try to accommodate the back log of appointments we had to previously post-pone, while also booking in new patient appointments.
  2. Clinic access is restricted to staff and patients with appointments only. Please arrive for your visit as close to your appointment time as possible to avoid waiting. Patients that require more support such as children, elderly or disabled will be allowed 1 other person for their appointment. All patients (and their additional support, if applicable) are required to wear a facial mask, you may bring your own or a mask will be supplied to you at a fee.
  3. We are only accepting credit or debit transactions as payment for all services.Payment may be done in-person after the appointment or pre-paid over the phone.
  4. Offering alternative arrangements for your needs. Please let us know If you or anyone you have been in close contact with has been tested/confirmed/suspected for COVID-19, out of the country in the past 14 days or are experiencing ANY of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing. Arrangements will include offering you a video therapy appointment or rescheduling your appointment for a later date.
